pirates of the caribbean really introduced an eldritch octopus man who kills indiscriminately and torments the dead as their poster villain and then you watch the movies and it's like, "oh no, actually the worst villain in this series is a small white british man who functions as the herald of capitalism" and that was very very brave of them

"A very close relative of the Common Redpoll, but adapted to even bleaker conditions, the Hoary Redpoll is only a scarce visitor south of the Arctic. In those winters when large numbers of redpolls invade southward, a few Hoarys are usually mixed into the flocks. On the breeding grounds, this species extends farther north, onto high Arctic islands of Canada. Where the two redpolls overlap, the Hoary tends to nest on more barren upland tundra, where the patches of shrubs are fewer and smaller."
Just started Trigun Stampede having no idea what it was about and thought "Oh yeah, they exaggerate names for effect." But no, he really does have millions of knives, huh?
The only sorrow is that there is only one month of summer left and it has gone too quickly; I am hungry for it still and feeling cheated. There was never enough time and there was never enough summer.
